A recipe by Alejandro González López, 2NAE

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
1-2 spoonfuls of butter, softened.

1 pure chocolate bar.

1 glass of light brown or white sugar.

6 eggs.

Sweet wine.

1 packet of biscuits.

2 lemons (lemon juice).

Serves: 8-12 (depending on the quantity made).Time to prepare: 45 mins.

1. Firstly, take out a big bowl. Start opening the eggs and placing the yolks. Then, add the butter and mix all together, so you will get a smooth and spongy dough.

2. At the same time, heat up the chocolate in a small saucepan, until it melts, so you can join it with the dough stirring the mixture during thirty seconds.

3. Beat the white and add sugar and lemon juice. Whisk it up until it gets a white sparkling appearance, then, settle it.

4. Afterwards, pour sweet wine onto another bowl. Take a package of biscuits and dip them carefully. Put some of them on a dish making a circle and cover it with the pastry. Next, repeat it until you get four or five layers (more if you prefer).

5. Finally, top the cake with meringue, the cream we had left settling, to decorate it and add more delicious flavours. You can make any figure you want.

6. To end, put the cake into the fridge all night and you can serve it cold the next day.

Review

If you are used to cooking, this recipe will not be of much difficulty for you. You can even add your own style to decorate the cake or change any flavour you dislike. If you like home-made cuisine you must try and make it.
