CHOCOLATE OIL CAKE, by Marisa Iglesias, 2NAH

CHOCOLATE OIL CAKE

THIS IS AN EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE WHICH TASTES GREAT


INGREDIENTS:

2 CUPS SUGAR
3 CUPS FLOUR
½ TEASPOON SALT
1 PACKAGE INSTANT CHOCOLATE
2 CUPS WATER
1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER SUGAR, FLOUR, SALT AND CHOCOLATE, THEN
ADD WATER, VEGETABLE OIL, AND VANILLA. BEAT BY HAND UNTIL SMOOTH.
PUT THE MIXTURE INTO A 9X13 INCH PAN. BAKE AT 175 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES
OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO CENTER OF CAKE COMES OUT CLEAN AND
WHEN COLD IT ´LL BE READY TO EAT.
